I purchased a land of 16000 sq ft in my name, in a small town. I started my construction on 1600 sq ft by availing a House loan. Later on, for construction at other vacant space on the land, my 4 family members (including my in-laws)contributed for civil construction of nearly 8000 sq ft. Now the building is ready to rent out. Hi , My CA has filed for my income tax returns . However when my pan card was made I was in delhi so the address that has gone is that of delhi on the form (since it was address mentioned on the pan card )
and i have now shifted to pune. My CA has already filed for the return just this Monday and submitted the form aling with a letter for address change or transfer of the money to my bank account . She made me write a letter stating that the cheque should either reach the adress mention or if the money can go directly to my bank account instead ( bank details ) also mentioned in the letter. She the attached it with the form to be submitted ( she did not ask me for address proof ) and gave it to the income tax dept ,Pune .Will the address be changed or is there something else i need to fill out and submit before I get a mail of RETURN FILED from the income tax dept.???? M worried sick please help !!!

my turnover in f.y. 2012-13 is 45 lac and profit is 1,85,000/- till today i can not fill the return. my ques is "it is any need to make a tax audit or not". if yes, than in which sec we make audit.

Sir,In a JV agreement with a builder on 50:50 ratio the builder gets 3 flats the owner takes 1 flat and balance in cash(lets say 45 lakh)the money is given up front to the owner by builder.owner gives a GPA to builder.My question is.Is JV agreement is enough to show the proof of income of 45 lakh to Income tax or to Bank.and should the JV agreement has to be registered.
