I'm a may 12 pass out CA. Got placed via campus in a global group but then due to health issues left the job in feb 13 with just a month of experience. Was looking for a job in banking sector for the last 7 months but unable to get one.
I haven't joined any office till date. so its like 15 months without any experience.

to re-scan amended copy of moa and aoa(private company clause) as per Companies Act, 2013.

In case of a compnay WDV of a block of Assets consisting of 8 computers is Rs.25000 - Out of these 5 computers are sold for Rs. 60000.

Kindly guide as per Income Tax Act
1.)The value at which the Block is to be carried forward as 3 computers still remain.
2.) How much depreciation to be charged this year.

This problem arising because 3 computers still remain but the Salue Value is higher than the WDV of the block.

What is procedure to get articlship completion letter.
I submitted Form 108 in year 2011.
but not received my completion letter on my registered address.

Experts, I want to know whether ESI and PF should be disallowed in the computation, if they are not paid within the due date.
