is there any change in ipcc company law for ipcc attempt 2014?

Yes changes are expected after the enactment of Companies Act 2013.
It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.
Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI. So wait for announce ment by ICAI.
