27 September 2013 Can Any One Please Help Me Sir...Will Company Bill 2013 Is Applicable For May 2014 Exams......

27 September 2013 It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.

Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI. So wait for announce ment by ICAI.

27 September 2013 Agree with Expert,

As per ICAI lastest Notification dated 6th Sep,2013...

Nothing can't be predicted whether it will be applicable or not for the May,2014 term,

However, ICAI will revert on this via notification prior six months of exams...

Wait for the ICAI update...
