27 September 2013 Yes you can but it is advisable to file the return after payment and mentioning the details of challan so that Tax Paid by you gets duly accounted.

27 September 2013 There is no section stating this. You can file return showing the Tax Amount payable and pay soon after that or you can make payment and file return. But if you do not pay then you have to pay interest.
