I am in real estate co. & Pl advice the treatment of Project admin exp./finance exp./selling & distribution exp. (only for project for daily use) in real estate co.? whether they are capitalize or treated in P&L every year?

When and how to apply for atc certificate

I have Cleared IPCC in 2011 and also completed 2 yrs of articleship and now 3rd year is going on..my CA Final attempt is due in May 2014. I had also applied for ATC along with IPCC and now I want to apply for ATC Certificate..so please tell me what's the procedure for applying for ATC Certificate .
