Hello experts, Can anyone please guide me on whether I can do full time MBA and C.A articleship at the same time? I'm appearing for IPCC this may after which I want to go for a full time MBA and at the same time carry on with my articleship. I know it'd be a lot of pressure but if I get in a small/medium firm, is it possible?

I have entered list of all employees in 24Q , 4th quarter return for 2013-14. The same has been processed. And when i downloaded Form 16 i got pdfs of only those employees whose tds has been deducted rest of the forms are not generated.

Is it so that form 16 for employees have TDS deductions only will be generated. For others do we have to issue manually? If not then what is the remedy.

I have query about the appointment of Managing Director AS per New Companies Act 2013.If a person is already holding the office of director in the Company and the company is private limited company,he wants to change his designation from Director to MD (with Remuneration).what are the requirements of change in designation from Director to MD in New Companies Act 2013.

UNDER SEC.194J OF INCOME TAX ACT, THE LIMIT OF RS.30,000/- IS FOR ONE TIME PAYMENT OR FOR THE TOTAL PAYMENTS MADE IN THAT YEAR?

IF TO ONE PARTY RS.6500/-IS PAID & IN A WHOLE YEAR RS.1,20,000/- AS A PROFESSIONAL FEES WHETHER TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED ON PAYMENT OF RS.6500/-?

I have submitted a tds challan for the AY 14-15.But I wrongly mentioned the AY as 15-16. I have also filed the TDS Return the return for the abovementioned period as I was unaware of the fact till that time. Now it came to my notice so kindly help me how to come over the situation.What is the solution for this please?

I am presently working as assistant manager in a private bank and I am compeletd 5 years of service. Since I am interested to do CA I registered and now compeleted IPCC both groups. As I aware I have to compelet article ship in order to appear for final exam for that I have to resign the job. Now my doubt whether I can do articles without resignation. Plz clarify any other option is there to pursue C A course while on employment
