Stamp duty

Sir,


if the person considers the stamp duty paid for the indexation while calculating capital gain. so whether then he claim stamp duty paid under section 80C?
coz if he takes the same then he is taking double benefit for the single amount paid

Tds

If TDS on director remuneration is deducted only at the end of 4th quater.How would be the calculation of Interest on TDS.Whether it it to be 1% per month on TDS amount deductable for each month or 1.5% per month for for the delayed payment or both.And if return is to be revised for each Qauter?And if penalty for delayed filing of return is to be paid seperately for salary and non salary?

Ca articalship

I want to pursue CS internship but at present I am pursuing CA articalship and completed two years articalship. how can I leave my ca articalship so that I pursue my cs internship? Can I terminate my CA articalship for 15 months period and latterly I again join after completing my cs internship?

Capital gain

A Aguriculture land which situated in rural area is sold and attract profit . As per definition of Capital Assets Aguriculture land is not forming part of capital assests . pl let me know about treatment of income under incometax Act.

Loan taken for pay income tax

income tax is paid through cc limit or by transfer the amount from cc limit to current account. on such transaction interest paid on the account of cc limit can we claim as expense or not???

Penal interest on fd

How to accounted penal interest on fd .bank has reduced the said amount in interest and credited in the bank . but they are showing full amount in 26AS .
means
Interest on fd amount 64000
penal interest 4000
credited in bank 60000

but in 26 as showing full 64000
how will i show this entry in books of accounts
Please help me out
