17 June 2014 in case of small business where my father is proprietor. and where I don't get form 16, how do I file my return.

17 June 2014 Form 16 is not mandatory requirement to file IT return. Since your father is not liable to deduct TDS you can see from your pass book and calculate your salary income

17 June 2014 simply calculate ur salary , if it is taxable, deposite tax and file return, if not taxable, just file return on the basis of ur salary received and fill the details for which u r entitled to get exemption.
