Sir,
I have Income of Rs.257360 in a.y.2012-13 and i have not file return in time now i want to file it return.
how much i have to pay tax with interest?
weather penalty is applicable? how much?
if,yes weather it is to be included in challan or separate challan for that.
Kindly solve my query as early as possible

assuming this is your net taxable income, your basic tax liability is Rs 3848. calculate interest thereon using tax return form itself.
penalty can be levied if the AO wishes to impose the same. but it is not to be provided in the tax return itself

you are a practicing CA chirag...atleast you should know this much. regardless, even the tax return form can be used to calculate tax liability.
