Advance against share capital

qualifying for long term capital gain .

sir ,I purchase a resdential flat on 31/jan/2004 with one chq payment.I have full and final receipt of that date.as our building had not got oc builder gave temporary possesion letter for making furniture and fixture stating that he will handover possesion as he gets oc from bmc.temposray posseion letter also is dated 31/jan/2004.I started staying there from february/2004.I have only one house.there was a scheme and builder paid my stamduty on 27/february/2004 and we enter in agreement on 27/february /2004.I was unaware about registration so I didn't do it immediately. in august when I went to builder for registration he with white ink change my february date to july and we got my agreement registerd.now my agreemnt date is 27/july/2004. now in month of april 2007 I sold the flat. will my case qualify long term capital gain as temporary possesion date and full value paid date is 31/jan/2004. pls tell.

ATTEMPT DUE

Hello, everyone. I cleared my PE-II exam in Nov.05 attempt, but i got registered for articleship on 1st June 2006. When can i appear in CA Final Exam in May 08 or Nov 08. Please answer so that i can plan my study.

CAN INTEREST OF ESI BE EXEPTED

A COMPANY IS MFG UNIT. JOB WORK IS DONE BY CONTRACTORS & OTHER UNIT DURING THE PERIOD JUNE-2005 TO MARCH-2007. WHAT IS ESI LIABILITY OF COMPANY & IF COMPANY IS LIABLE TO PAY ESI. THEN, CAN INTEREST BE EXEMPTED. IF YES. BY WHAT WAY?

this job work is done of amtd 20 lacs appr. but contractors' are not regd with ESI. These are proprietorship/partnership concerns. but not related to my co. and their units are situated on other places.

according to ESI official this is OUR liability to pay ESI liability if parties has no ESI registration.

shifting to new course

i have cleared pe 2 this may 2007..my final attempt will be nov 2009 as per old course..............i hve 2 options -direct admn to new scheme....or first reg in old course n then convert to new later...which is better.......n wat is diff bw them...pls reply
