CAN ANYONE GUIDE ME ABOUT THE CA FINAL COURSE REGISTRATION ONLINE PROCEDURE,
IS THERE ANY FACILITY TO FILE ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION FORM.

2. From Which Site apply for new registration???????

Suppose A is a sub distributor of BSNL easy recharge. He has a turnover Rs 50 Lakhs. He is earning Rs. 25,000/-. On his earning no TDS was deducted. Now my question is that whether section 44AD will be applicable in this case and his earning will be assumed 8 ℅ * 50 Lakhs = 4 Lakhs.

I am covered under form 118 and my principal works from the entity in Delhi, while I work in the Kolkata office. So, I wanted to know whether the Office seal to be stamped on the certificate, should be of Kolkata office or Delhi office?

In which order I have to take coaching for CA final subjects ,so that I will be safe?(By taking into consideration changes in syllabus that are likely to come)My attempt is in Nov 2018 n I m taking sfm classes right now.

A Partnership Firm which is going to form on 01.04.2017 and as such the Partnership Deed was made on that date. The question is can the Partnership Firm apply for the PAN Card now.

Plz guide me friends, I'm qualified CA. I haven't furnished form 112 when I was doing b. Com from correspondence made, now I wanna apply for membership so what is the proceedure..?

In Sec 44AB(a), the clause mentions that whenever the sales, turnover or gross receipts 'exceed or exceeds' Rs.2 crore whereas in clause (b),the gross receipts from profession should 'exceed' Rs 50 lakhs.Why is it 'exceed or exceeds' for business and only 'exceed' for profession..Thank you.
