we are a manufacturing co.Certain GTA servises are received by us.Whatever we pay to agency,we pay ST on 25% of paid amount.
My question is this,that whether can we avail tax paid as ST as cenvat credit??which return we have to file??and in the return where we will show the paid amount and what will b manner of showing the paid amount in the return and its cenvat credit.

i want to prepare pan card thru online i can prepare around 200 pan cards per month and i have to paid thru net banking so i want to know i can make the payment thru net banking.

1) Can I register a company which has a paid up capital upto 1 crore with no full time CS with the ICSI for imparting 15 months Training. Who will sign the completion certificate of the trainee in such a case.

2) I working in this co. as Asst. Manager(Taxation)can I go for exemption based on this experience only, after 1 year or 15 months. And for this do I have to register the co. with the ICSI for imparting 15 months training.

Tell me the procedure. I have mailed to the institution and called up but i couldn't get them as their ans was not satisfactory and CS regulations don't explain these querries.

Dear Sir,

We have purchased Material by our supplier form CHENNAI Branch in 2007-08. and Issued C Form. Mentioned in that Wrong CST TIN No.(Their Bombay Office No.)
Now Supplier demanded New/Correct C Form.

Kindly advice me- What is the procedure of Cancellation wrong C Form and Applying for New C Form ?
