1) Can I register a company which has a paid up capital upto 1 crore with no full time CS with the ICSI for imparting 15 months Training. Who will sign the completion certificate of the trainee in such a case.
2) I working in this co. as Asst. Manager(Taxation)can I go for exemption based on this experience only, after 1 year or 15 months. And for this do I have to register the co. with the ICSI for imparting 15 months training.
Tell me the procedure. I have mailed to the institution and called up but i couldn't get them as their ans was not satisfactory and CS regulations don't explain these querries.

This is a stupid idea to find out escape route from CS Training...
There is nothing in law like registering a company with ICSI.
Regn of a company is possible only with registrar of companies.

Thanx Sir for ur reply but.This is a well known fact Companies are registered with the ROC for incorporation/commencement of business. I am sorry to say that u didn't got my Query. AS I m working can I go for the options asked in the query.

Got it now...regn with ICSI for imparting CS training...
According to me it is a bit difficult to get exemption on the basis of working as Asst. Manager(Taxation).
Would request u to hv a personal interaction with ICSI officials...

There is no refrence of this in CS regulations. Will Try to contact the institute. Institute also don't give satisfactory replies.
