I have completed my articleship of 8 month. & Waiting for the result of group2.
But i haven't learn anything in this period due to lack of work in office.
And i have completed 2nd year of bcom(hons).
now i thinking to terminate/cancel my articleship & restart after b.com (after 1 yr..
What should i do??????
take transfer to another firm or terminate until bcom????

I am Jagannatha s and I completed my both groups of IPcc. I started my articleship from 25.3.14 and posted it on 30.4.14 along with late payment fee. But I didn't receive my registration letter. Delay in posting was because my principal went to abroad before signing my form 103. What should I do now. Whom should I contact now. please anyone help, I am worried here......

the pawner (65yr old) has left the family from last 7yrs. the pawnee(bank) is not issuing the property documents to the pawnor's family members whereas the loan against the said property has been settled by them. Assesse has lost the old efiling password but knows the answer to secret question. By providing such answer, he is able to successfully update his password and the message for the same is shown. But when he tries to login using new password, his old password is asked along with the new one?

if vehicle hired for passenger, then reverse charge (Rent-a-cab) will applicable. but in this case vehicle hired for transportation of goods. so reverse charge (Rent-a-cab) will not applicable.

and in case of GTA: contract entered for transportation of goods from GTA. and contract note/GR issued by GTA. then reverse charge under GTA will applicable.

but in case where vehicle is hired for transportation of goods, then reverse charge will not applicable. so service provider will liable for payment of service tax.

can a Tds credit taken by a deductee, if deductor deduct tds on commission income but not deposited same, even upto due date and not able to deposit evenafter.

Can deductee, take a stay on above tax?

Expense relating to lunch, coffee and guice provided by company to Managing director on occasionally . does this expenses will be allowed as expense to company and under what expense head to be account. Dues business promotion exp. head is proper or not.
