HELLO,
I HAVE FILED RETURN FOR AY 2013-14 ON 06-01-2014 THAT IS AFTER DUE DATE.
I HAVE SUBMIT IT AFTER 120 DAYS....ON WEBSITE IT IS WRITTEN THAT ITR IS SUBMITTED AFTER DUE DATE.
SO NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO?
CAN I FILE RETURN AGAIN AND RESUBMIT THE SAME?
CAN I REVISE IT AS I HAVE FILED ORIGINAL RETURN AFTER DUE DATE?

wait for income-tax department to extend the due date for submission of ITR-V. it often does that.

And you can revised the return as original return filed after due date

no revise return can be filed simnce original return was not filed in time as it wasnt send to cpc within 120 days.

you cannot revise. there are no other options but to wait for extension of ITRV submissions dates and then resubmit the ITRV. the multiple extensions are given almost every year.

ok ....but Mr.Nikhil i am talking about FY-2012-13. do you think they will allow extension ?
