13 June 2014 I wanted to know that I want to take transfer of my articleship & I have completed four months of training. so what's the prior process of doing that,do I need to inform Icai in written format n den submit form 109 or no need to do so n give 109 directly. Also how much time before I should intimate the principal. reply as soon as possible. Thanks for help

13 June 2014 no prior approval required in first year of articleship. just submit form 109. how much time before you should intimate the principal? well that depends on your principal. ICAI has no rule on this.
