Dear Sir

I want to know TDS is applicable for waterproofing & Party sending bill us to with service tax.
and sir we are using tally erp -9 so can service tax showing separately in Tally & TDS also. plz reply

Penality per year agst non reciept of c form

Respected Expert's
we had sale material in 2010 AGST C FORM
now party not able to issue C form
What is the penalty rate in hmachal and what is the rate of per year penality.

Efiling

Dear Sir,
In case where I have already provided email id and mobile no. in contact details of clinets.
However, When I try to login, website first ask me to update email and mobile no. again to send verification PIN.

What is the reason behind. Do you also facing same problem?

Password for efilling

Respected Sir/ Ma'am,pl help me for getting password for login at incometaxefiling website.my consultant don't want to give me and whenever i tried to mail for the same to validate id of income tax website,password goes to consultant mail id.

please help me getting the password for login.

Tds return

Is it necessary to file tds return for a quarter where there is no deduction for non salary, i.e. 26q as nil return ?
