i want to file income tax return for ay-2012-13 & ay 2013-14 under nil slab, no tax now (in july 2014), is it possible?

U can file it of Ass ye 13-14. But not for 12-13. For 12-13 u need to take approval of ur AO for filing the return.

for aY 2012-13 last date was 31.3.2014 .
you can file A Y 2013-14 and onwards .
for A Y 2012-13 if received notice for non filing of return then you can file return u/s 142(1)
