Suppose,an employee is receiving salary in cash, and his name is not there on payroll of the organization, and his salary exceeds the taxable slab,and he wants to file the ITR, so can he Do so?? Will there be any problem for the organization employing him, with respect to non deduction of TDS ?

On filing ITR he will not face any problem, but if the IT department ask for any proof regarding that then he must have to present a valid proof for his salary details.

HE HAVE not proof of income then it face problem if ito demand the proof.

only in case of any sructiny comes he is trouble otherwise not.
