i am giving my material of cloth thread button etc etc to a tailor to make tshirts jeans etc...no excise payable on it since it is export so it is exempt..will i be liable to pay service tax? or my tailor? or none of us?

Tds dedcuted under 194j

Hi,

I work for a company as telecaller. While I joined on Jan 8th, I was not on roll. I was on contract and paid 17000 per month. Under section 194j 10% i.e. 1700 was deducted for 3 different months. Total deduction was 4700. I am filing my returns now, which ITR form should I use : ITR2 or ITR 4? I previously worked in other 2 companies also and I was a salaried employee.
