Dear Experts,
Is it possible to collect form c from closed firm for fy 2010-11 & 2011-12. same firm is in other state now. is it possible to collect from firm?? if yes then how?? if no then y?? plz explain

Yes you can.. Recently we had collected c form for old years from one of our party who had changed state now....
that party had issued c form within 3 days of my cal... after consulting to sales tax officer ...
