I have a house in my home town and have given it on rent. On the other hand, I am staying in a rented house in the city where I am working.
Will the house property be treated as self occupied or let out as my interest on house loan is more than 2 lacs ?

I got terminated on 10th july 2014 after serving for a period of 9 months. I do not want to postpone my final attempt which is due on may 2016. What is the correct time for me to register? Can i take back dated registration on 10 th july or 11th july itself

My client is doing business of export, during the FY 2013-14 his gross receipts of Rs.50.00 lakhs covered u/s 44AD and adopted 8% of Inocme Rs.4.00 lakhs. An amount of Rs.52.00 lakhs was received from the export dealer and Rs.2.00 lakhs shown as excess receipt of dollers fluctuation. Can we add this amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs with gross receipts or show as other income under currency fluctuation.

My client is paying 180000 as rent and also paying the electricity bill amount of the rented premise..whether these expenses will be included in rent amount & accordingly TDs will be deducted ?

hiii experts.. my query is that the basic exemption limit is increased to 2.5 lakhs for FY 2014-15. but what about the rebate granted under sec 87(a) of rs 2000. is it withdrawn or will continue for FY 14-15 and so on? thanks in advance Regards UMESH
