It is becoming more complicated for me as this company wants to do many functions at a time..Please help me with the modified draft. This company wants to function for Corporate Leasing and Liasing,Financial Advisory,Architecture and Interior Decoration-solutions and product trading with services,Security and Surveillance for whole range of segments,trading of all kind if Infrastructure-related products and Industrial products,Consultancy of Technology services with HR Outsourcing. Please help out with draft which goes with the latest ammendments

18 July 2014 As per my understanding you won’t get approval from ROC for this diversified line of business. Please get in touch with a professional firm of CA or CS with good ROC liasioning record.

Can you suggest me how to group the functions.I was thinking of grouping some functions and create an LLP or OPC after Incorporation of the Company. I was thinking of grouping the main funtions of the Pvt. Ltd. Company as trading of products related to Advanced Industrial Products,Security and surveillance technology products and import of Architecture/Furniture,Fabrics and Furnishing for trading purpose and HR Outsourcing for the above.Will the above combination get a ROC liasing permission?? Please advice.

19 July 2014 For me it would be difficult to comment. It totally depends on the liasioning with ROC officials. They can approve the combination you have prepared. So kindly have a chat with them with a skilled professional CA or CS having experience of liasioning with ROC officials.
