1) Should one get DIN number BEFORE he even applies for INC-1 (Checking for name availability)?

2) How much it costs (Official charges) to get DIN number? Which form to use?

Should SH-4 i.e., share transfer form need be uploaded at mca website ? The basic question is - should MCA be updated about the transfer of shares that keep happening in private company?

I want to enquire whether Preventive Health Check up as allowable under Sec. 80 D for upto Rs 5000/- in cash includes normal checkups viz, blood test, x-ray, sugar test,etc. Can deduction for above be claimed u/s 80D?
