ANYONE CAN EXPLAIN ME HOW TO GENERATE FORM - H...?

IT IS MANDATORY THAT FORM H IS TO BE ENDORSED BY THE CUSTOM AUTHORITY...?

24 July 2014 1) Form H is to be obtained from Salestax department. This is to be submitted to the supplier of goods meant for exports thereby the supplier will not charge any vat/cst.

2) Not to be endorsed by customs authority.

My question is, how can we obtain from sales tax department..?
I mean, whether it is after export or after filling of return...?

You have not mentioned your state. These forms are to be applied online or you can obtain the same manually by an application based on the STate VAT arrangement.

you have to send the Form H to your supplier with proof of export, ie after export.
