HI, I have done my article ship in one of big four and was doing regular b.com but when I was filling form 112 I submitted as correspondence and cleared my exam in attempt nov 2013.I know what I did was wrong but can't rectify and don't wanna spoil my years of hard work. Now I have to register for membership and got a problem because of doing regular b.com . Please help me what's the solution??

Whether income can be reduced and refund of paid taxes can be claimed in revise return of income if wrongfully shown in original return of income filed in time? Will it sustain? Any case-laws or any provisions of Act to substantiate the claim?
