Nomenclature / description is my question can we mentioned in our domestic invocie as per BE or with a variation is allowed -
This is excisable goods.
we are mentioning on invocie HS and BE nos as per import.

We need table of leave eligible under both Licences.like sick leave/casual leave/privileged leaves

07 August 2014 you have to mention the name as you import the goods due to during the excise audit how can you verify to excise authority for invoice agst import BE.
