EPF Limit has been increased from present Rs.6500 to Rs.15000 on 28/08/2014. Is it applicable for FY 2014-15

I was registered under ca as on 7sept2013, den i took transfer to other ca within a year on 15-07-2014. I have sent all the documents regarding transfer but my transfer has not done yet. No letter has been sent by icai regarding any objection. They even dont pick our calls and give ans.to mail. My 1year has completed and i have to apply for atc. But if my transfer has not registered then how can i apply for atc? Please help me,i am very tensed..

My case is Salary and Capital Gain Raised and Filed IT Return for the the A Y 2013-14 Return Filed on 30.7.2013, NON TAX AUDIT CASE But IT Department raised Notice U/S143-2 department send Notice dated on 02.09.2014.

My Query is That notice Valid or not. Because I Filed on 30.7.2013, Non TAX Audit Case Notice DATE should be Before 30.07.2014. But Department Mentioned clearly on 02.09.2014. I wen to department Due date of Notice date is 30.9.2014 for A Y 2013-14. Is correct. Please clarify this sir

I have an agricultural land which, as per the defintion of the Income Tax Act, is situated within 2 two kilometers of local limits of municipality board and has population of more than ten thousand. But the land is being used solely for agricultural purpose and the municipality board has also given a certificate certifying it to be an agricultural land and has charged the stamp duty accordingly. What should we consider it to be? an agricultural land or urban land? and if an agricultural land, how?

Is there any link or anyting which can inform me of the upcomming batches for ca final so that i can register for them in time.I am facing a big problem because of non availability of information of batches starting for ca final.

Plz keep suggestion to clear my mind doubts i am scared now
