Lets say i have income of 15L+ and for purchasing a flat i have borrowed 5 lakhs from my father and 5 lakhs from mother. both neft to my account. If so am i liable to pay tax for that amount. Will that come under my income. i want to pay this pack to my parents in future.

Is there any specific documents needed for this? should i say this somewhere in income tax filing?

sir, can we clear our both ipc exam in just a short span of time.i m saying all this because i m a direct entry student and i m now preparing for my nov. 2017 attempt exam along with my articalship.If yes please tell me how can i achieve this dream.And yes i know i hve potential to clear everything in my way,but because of timing problem i m in a fix.i want to clear my exam in only one attempt.please saw me the path.

is it must that adress of plant should be mentioned on invoice to avail cenvat credit. cant we get cenvat credit if address of head office is mentioned on invoice.
