19 January 2017 is it must that adress of plant should be mentioned on invoice to avail cenvat credit. cant we get cenvat credit if address of head office is mentioned on invoice.

20 January 2017 Yes, it is mandatory to have a address of the plant where the services are received. However, head office can get itself registered as Input service distributor and distributes the cenvat credit to the respective plant.
