SBC AND KKC

Cenvat credit(input) of any declared service taken can be adjusted with service tax to be payable..  Previously SBC cannot be adjusted with Cenvat taken.. Now Still SBC cannot adjusted but now, KKC can be adjusted..  (ie., ST+KKC=14.5%).. Please provide me the supporting where I can find this provision..

Signing balance sheet

Dear sir,
MR. X is full time CA in XYZ traders (partnership firm) however as per income tax regulation since mr. x is full time employee of xyz traders hence Mr. X cannot sign the balance sheet of XYZ traders... pls clarify in which section it is written that A full time CA in job cannot sign the balance sheet of their firm?

Registered office shifting

ACCORDING TO SECTION 13 OF COMPANIES ACT 2013.
IN CASE OF SHIFTING OF REGISTERED OFFICE FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER , WHETHER NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT IS GIVEN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF EGM OR AFTER EGM ? PLEASE ADVICE US HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS.

Gst registration

I'v a business of supplying surgery instrument at the time of operation. For which i am purchasing the instrument from WB as well as from outside WB. I'v no VAT/CST regd. no. Now the parties disagree to supply the same. In the mean time GST is here. So, what to do now? can i register for GST without VAT/CST? pld help...

A company is paying office rent to its one of the director who is also getting salary. Whethter service tax is leviable on this?and if Yes who is supposed to pay service tax company or the director?please give reference to your answer.

Non filling of returns

hello expert,

My question is that I have no taxable income from last three years, now under compliance section of efiling website shown that CIB-502 Contract of Rs. 10,00,000/- or more in the Commodities Exchange, whereas I am never traded in commodity market.Infact 4-5 years ago I opened a Demat account but after some time stop trading even I don't have any holding shares too, so please suggest me how can I deal with this problem

Interest u/s 24

My client have taken loan in 2010-11 for purchase of flat. Its possession is handed in march 2017. total int upto 31.3.2016 is 11,15,931. Interest for fy 31.03.2017 is 1,48,425. I have doubt that possession is more than 5 years from date of loan so will he not be allowed deduction of 200000? and does limit of possession within 5 years of loan is also applicable on pre construction interest also. Please guide in detail about taxability...

Kachha aaratiya and pacca aaratiya

What are these two terms I.e Kaccha aaratiya and Pacca aaratiya means ? w.r.t to section 40A(3).
