15 May 2017 Hi everyone,
I am a recently qualified CA. I want to purse ACCA Diploma in IFRS.
I have certain doubts. Please provide guidance for the following doubts:-
1. Can I do self study for this course or is it compulsory to take up tutions. Also is the course manageable through self study ?
2. I tried registering in ACCA website howerver, it asked for the payment details which i did not fill at that time, so will I be registered only after payment of fees.

15 May 2017 Congratulations on completing CA. I have qualified the diploma course so here is my advice: 1. Yes self study is quite enough to qualify. BPP books are comprehensive and detailed, very good for attaining proper knowledge. Kaplan books are summarised and precise. Practicing questions is the key. 2. Registration will be done only on payment, moreover you have to submit certain info to them like your photograph, CA certificate, membership letter and a valid id like voter id or adhaar.
