Opening Stock + Purchase - Closing Stock
is Cost of goods
or
Sale - Gross Profit
is Cost of goods
or
Sale - Gross Profit

Thanks for Previous reply Sir.. But For Cost of Goods We have to take formula Opening stock+Purchases - Closing stock. . For Cost of Sold, We have to take Sales - Gross Profit
