Works contract

I give cloth and design to a job worker who then stitches the garment by adding his own thread and buttons and returns the same back to me. He issues a Job Work bill for the same. Does this come under Works Contract for Accounting Years 2013-14,2014-15 & 2015-16.
Also the same above situation where I give the fabric to a printer and he just prints and return the fabric back to me as per my design and issue a Job work printing bill . Does this also come under works contract for the same accounting years?
Regards Nimesh

Flight ticket booked by travel agent

Dear Sir,

My query is that I am Booking Air Ticket for Business Trip for Company through online booking site like Make my trip, Goibibo. they have provided me Invoice with their GST Nos. and details.
Now problem is that like for example if I have booked Spice Jet Air tickets through GoIbibo.
Invoice given by them is like :
Base Fare : 3208
Airline GST : 166 (5%)
Other Charges : 296
Sub Total : 3730
now Convenience Fee (a) : 211.86
CGST @ 9% on (a) : 19.07
SGST @ 9% on (a) : 19.07
Grand Total : 3980

My question is that can I (as a company) avail the credit of Airline GST of Rs. 166 also? along with 9% CGST (Rs. 19.07) and SGST (Rs. 19.07)
Or only 19.07 CGST & SGST is allow to me as Input credit.

Thanks & Regards

M/s A has received some services from M/s B and paid GST under reverse charge and also claimed ITC on it from July to October 2017. Invoices had not contained GST. For the month of Nov and Dec 17 no GST is paid by M/s A also as reverse charge postponed.
However M/s B is registered supplier from July 2017.Now M/s B wants to pay GST from July 2017 till to date with interest.
(1) How both the parties will correct the accounting entries in their books??
(2) Is it required to pay GST by M/s B, as GST is already paid by M/s A under reverse charge??
(3) And if M/s B gives the credit note to M/s A from the period July to Dec 17 and reissued new bill with GST, how M/s A will reverse the entries in books which are done for RCM Liab and RCM credit and how M/s A will report these reversal in GSTRs??
(4) Is there any way to settle these transactions in both parties books??
