What is MIS report? What is its importance? how can it be prepared?what are the factors to be considered while preparing such report?

I had completed CA (inter ) some 10 yrs back,i had appeared in the finals a few times but i could not clear.
Can any one guide me as to whether i should start again and appear in the finals as i always have a longing to be a Chartered Accountant.

Since normally in industry it is shown seperately as Flexible pay or under Entitlements head. And monthly the amount is shown on seperate reimbursement slip insetad of on pay slip.
