Are you completing the articles? Are you leaving the articles?
Termination means leaving and completion means end of the term.
If you have completed then you will have to take Form No. 108 and fill in triplicate and submit one copy to ICAI and within one month you will have a letter stating that you have completed the articles and that is your Articled Completion Certificate.
