Can we pass resolution at AGM for approving the interim dividend paid during the year as final dividend for the whole year?

If yes, let me have a specimen resolution

Hi,
I created one FD with SBM @10.5% for 300 days. Start date is 6th Oct 2008, Maturity date is 2nd Aug 2009 and Principal is Rs. 40,000/-. They have given FD certificate to me with final amount as Rs. 43,569/-. When I do my calculation I get maturity amount as Rs. 43,579/-.

I am using periods from (1) 6/10/2008-31/12/2008, (2) 1/1/2009-31/3/2009, (3) 1/4/2009-30/6/2009 and (4) 1/7/2009-2/8/2009.

Can anyone help me understand if I am doing something wrong here?
If there is any FD calculator already available then please point me to that.

I want to incorporate a private limited company having authorised share capital of Rs. 5,00,000 then for how much amount i have do franking on MOA, AOA & Form 1 and how much is paid as ROC Fees and how the same amount is paid.

IN ORDER TO GET EXEMPTION IN ONE SUB WE NEED TO APPEAR ALL PAPER OF THAT PARTICULAR GROUP.IN OTHER WORD IF SOME ONE WANTS TO GIVE ONE GROUP & ONLY ONE SUB OF OTHER GROUP SO HE\SHE NEED TO APPEAR TO ALL THE PAPER OF THE PAPERS GROUP IN WHICH HE\SHE WANTS TO CLAIM EXAMPTION
IS THERE ANY SUCH RULE

I pay the interest on the Education loan availed by my younger sister who is in III year engineering. My parents and My younger sister are wholely dependent on me. I like to know whether i can claim deduction for the interest amount paid by me to the Bank. I'm unmarried girl living with my parents.

Dear Sir,

My Factories ragistration as manufacterer of Crankshaft. But for a 3 Years we could not take production of Crankshafts. We received Forged Crankshaft from Tata Motors on 57 F ( 4) , and then we are doing job work ( Grinding , Machining, Induction & Hardning ) on crankshaft. At the time of Billing to Telco we are not applying service tax .

My Job Work turnover for the year 2007-2008 around 3 Crore. and also same turnover for the year 2008-2009.

Please give me details , what is the limit of applying service tax. & is it required undertaking for service tax?

I HAD APPEARED FOR MAY 2008 PCC EXAM IN WHICH I GOT AN EXEMPTION IN ACCOUNTS.. I HAD APPLIED FOR BOTH GROUPS AND INDICATED THE EXEMPTION IN MY EXAM FORM, BUT IN THE ADMIT CARD, THE ACCOUNTS PAPER APPEARS AGAIN.. AM I SUPPOSED TO REAPPEAR FOR THE EXAM..IS THERE SOME MISTAKE ON MY PART IN FILLING THE EXAM FORM BECAUSE OF WHICH EXEMPTION IS NOT VISIBLE IN ADMIT CARD......PLEASE HELP
