will it change the whole of existing companies act 1956???????

& will i need to study it for my May 2010 Exams??????????

25 October 2008 1.Govt is proposing to replace companies act,1956 by companies act,2008 for which a bill called companies bill,2008 is introduced in Lok sabha on Thursday.

3.Cannot answer because as on today companies act,2008 is only on the pipeline.
