1.Govt is proposing to replace companies act,1956 by companies act,2008 for which a bill called companies bill,2008 is introduced in Lok sabha on Thursday.

See ya nothing Much channged in new cos act. they altered some sections and most of them removed from act and added to the appendixes. so dont worry abt new cos act.
