if you nare registerd under service tax then u can take cevat of service tax.

Telephone and other Bills you want Cenvat Credit??
I think you are confused with service Tax. If your question is relating to service tax then definitely you can take service tax credit

Yes, you can take Cenvat credit provided such bills are related to services which are used in manufacture of excisable goods.
