My age is now 32 year and also married. Now i wanted to do CA, Its possible ? i have one assistant doing all my office work. Cen i join CA? Please sugest me.

Ours is a central government organisation and has a sports club and many of the employees are members. club is getting subscription from all members. The club is not registered with any body and every three years will have committee elected by members. HE CAN GET BENIFIT OF LOAN INTREST & HOUSE RENT BENIFIT (AHMEDABAD) FROM INCOME TAX OR NOT.

in annual return u/s 159 we need to give details f past and present directors but what period we need to consider while giving this information . is it only from last AGM to current AGM or whatever information we have since incorporation or what

If any provision of Refund of Custom Duty Against local sale.

Client says that if he sells Local sales & sumbit bills to custom dept 4% duty will be refunded.

if any provision relating to this please tell those provision.
