my freind clear pcc in nov 08 and final attempt due in nov 2010 so tell me the last date of registration

u have to register with the institute within 30 days of your result.......

but i ask at kanpur head office than they say that there is no time limit for registration......

30-4-2009 for appearing on time. otherwise you may miss attempt for six months.

it appears they have now stated 31-5-2009 as exams will be June and December.
