Can i fill the return of nil tax ,without any providindeduction. i mean to say Suppose profit 1,65,000/-,Expenses-32,700.Total Income after Expenses 1,32,300/-.Whether income tax depatrment accept the return or not , if not then please tell me the section.

whether book fee paid is a part of tuition fee and accordingly claim deduction u/s 80C

Plz tell me is there any way out to avoid forfeiture of 10% upfront money deposited earlier in compliance with sebi Preferential allotment Guidelines as we are not able to convert warrants issued on preferential basis in to equity shares with in 18 months as required by sebi guidelines.

In case of warrants/ PCDs /FCDs/ or any other financial instruments with a provision of allotment of equity shares at a future date, either through conversion or otherwise, the currency of the instruments shall not exceed beyond 18 months from the date of issue of relevant instruments.

Dear experts,

We have running the business in Trading Activity( Sales & Purchase) not a Mfg. Always we have provide the interiors & decorators service in industrial sector and received the various input service like, Clearing & Forwarding Agent, GTA, Chartered Accountant, Telephone, Ware Housing, etc. Pls. Tele me, How can take the credit on input service, If input service rendered Partly for Trading Activity & Partly for Taxable Service.

i joined in artices... by sending form 103.. i got the id card and letter of articles registration.. after that i took the termination.. again joined in articles taking by some gap.. now i sended form 103 and old id card and new id card.. but i did not got the id card and registration letter.. but the CA got his copy of letter.. is there any problem to me..
