amendement financial act 2008

Dear sir
can you help me with the recent amendement in centeral sales tax (CST) as I am going to appear in PE-II examination this June 09. Please comply with my query as early as possible.

I have get my form 109 signed from old CA on 30.4.2009.
but haven't submitted it in the institute.
Now shall my form will be accepted or not?
if not, what shall i do to take article ship in new firm in the same city?

FORM 23 B

WHETHER FORM 23 B IS REQUIRED TO BE FILED BY THE FIRST AUDITOR?
IF NO, IN FORM 23 AC ,WHAT SHOULD BE ENTERED IN SRN NO. OF FORM 23B.....

what is the procedure to be followed for the liquidation of pvt ltd co. which form etc are required to be submitted ???

one of my client is contractor of delhi jal board. in nov., 08 jal board issued direction to compulsory registration no. in service tax. my client then registered under service tax under works contract services. but no service tax is taxed on the bill is prepared by the jal board after measurement of contract work within the qtr. jan.,09 to mar.,09. now in april, 09 jal board withdrawl the compulsory condition for registered under service tax.
now what i have to do whether continue the service tax number or surrender the service tax registration.

I joined the company in starting of april 2009. My annual package was decided 200,000/- it was formal finallization. Till the date no confirmation letter was given. While giving the salary cheque i was quite shocked to know that my monthly salary that would be 16666/- comes to approx 14738.
The computation of salary is as follows:
Basic - 90000
Bonus - 8400 (that on basic as per Bonus Act)
Leave salary for 1 month - (200000-8400)*13= 14738

Actualy they included leave salary and divide annual package by 13 and their contention was that NO WORK NO SALARY

It means to avail 2Lac i have to work 365 days except public holidays. Than what does the mean of leave salary?
My contention is that leave salary is a benefir and that accrue as an employee works. so if in my account i have accrued leave salary, i have 2 option of utilize it - 1. To cash the leave or 2. Avail this by not going to office.
Leave salary is other than normal salary and should not be included in Annual package.

Please guide me on this. What is the right way about leave salary? Whether it is included in Annual package or it is extra benefit. And can an employer put it into contract like this?
