02 May 2009 I have get my form 109 signed from old CA on 30.4.2009.
but haven't submitted it in the institute.
Now shall my form will be accepted or not?
if not, what shall i do to take article ship in new firm in the same city?

02 May 2009 Actually the case is that earlier the notification has been issued by ICAI, but now it is not present on the ICAI website. Two days before I have confirmed that from Kolkata Branch Of ICAI , that the transfer date is extended to 15 may and they replied me positively .but now every one is saying (not yet confirmed) that the notification to allow transfer up to 15 May has been withdrawn.
