Yes. First auditor has to file form 23B on his acceptance of the audit.

If SRN of 23B is not available, enter Z99999999 in 23AC.

One thing to add---- Funda of entering Z99999999 was available only for this financial year i.e. for the annual filing of 2007-08.
For the annual filing of F.Y. 2008-09 option of Z99999999 is not available. This F.Y. every auditor has to file his Form-23B and generate his SRN No. for the purpose of Form-23AC.
For the annual filing of F.Y. 2008-09 option of Z99999999 is not available. This F.Y. every auditor has to file his Form-23B and generate his SRN No. for the purpose of Form-23AC.
