resigning shareholders dues

A minority shareholder of a private limited company is resigning due to difference in opinions & views with the majority, so what is he entitled to receive from that company like value of his share, percentage in net worth, etc???

Centralised registration

We are cable service provider, we provide cable services at kankavli (vilage), we have our registered office at Mumbai, the whole accouting is done in registerd office,if i want to pay my service tax in mumbai, for that i should go for centalised registration or normal registration?

Hi,

One of my client is in the business of import. He import MEG and sale in India.He claims custom duty refund of additional custom duty paid. He is in purely trading. No manufacturing is done on his part. Whether he is liable to file excise return?whether i am correct in interpreting that as per Rule 9(8) of CENVAT CREDIT RULES,2004 He is liable to file quarterly return? Is there any laibility to file return in Custom Act?Please reply soon.

levy of service tax on books

Dear Sir,

My query is whether a Company which provides content such as books, journals, study material to a school is liable to pay service tax?..
The Company also designs the course curriculum for the school..is there any service tax on that?..

Section 40A(2)

Section 40A(2) is applicable for capital expenditure or not.

Service Tax On MSO

What is Service Tax liability in case of Multi Syaytem Operators who are providing services to cable operators??

Is 100% of Gross Receipt of MSO, subject to tax? No exemption available as in case of other services?

Can a bunch of ITR-V be sent in one single cover to the CPC, B'lore? What ack we ll receive from them reg the ITR filed?
