No Form ITR-V shall be received in any other office of the Income-tax Department or in any other manner.
i want to confirm if we are filling a return and ITR - V is generated as earlier we submitted that signed ITR - V to local income tax department ...
by this above message are we required to submit signed ITR - V to our local income tax department or we are required to send it at the said mail address

We are manufacture of Ozalic Acid which is attaracted 10% of excise duty some time we are exporting Ozalic acid as per export procesure. For export We are regulary paying some charges as clearing and forwrding charges, Fumigaton charges other export related charges. On abvoe charges survices provider is leving the services tax hence my question can we claim above service tax credit & same will utilise for payment of excise duty as well as service tax.
Can a Company under Section 163 pass a special resolution to keep the registers covered under that section, in various other offices including the registered office.
Does the usage of words 'instead' of being kept at the registered office of the company, mean that the records can be kept at only one other alternative location or can the records be kept at more than one locations instead of registered office.
Further can the records be also kept at registered office alongwith the other offices approved under Section 163 and in whcih case, can i accordingly word the special resolution under Section 163
Hi,
I have filed one of my freinds ITR (F.Y. 2007-08) whose total income was 1.10 Lac only.
I e-filed his return without digital signature, when I go to Income tax department to get acknowledgement they refuse to accept it and saying Income is below 1.50 Lac, the return can not be accepted. I told them that i had already e-filed the return i need just acknowledement of it. but they had not accept my return. and sent me empty hands.
Please tell me what to do in this case.
