Pls Specify how to draft properly situation clause in MOA if the registerd office is situated in mumbai

In situation don't mention the address of registered office of the company.
Simply mention the state in which your registered office is going to be situated.
Benefit would be if u change ur registered office address with in the state then u need not required to change/alter ur MOA situation clause.
