It shows record not found... i am very worried. please help urgently..

As today is the last day for registering myself for appearing in Dec 2013 exams. A Director of the company has to make a declaration u/s 299 of the Companies Act, 1956 on the year ending 31st March in FORM NO. 24-AA, But if it is Sunday then whether we have to change the date like 1st April, or it is alright to show the same date as on 31st March, whether there is any provision regarding this or not in the Companies Act,1956.
(As on 31st March, 2013, it is Sunday)

1. I am staying in rented house with a rent of Rs.3000/- PM. & claiming the HRA benefit u/s 10 (from 01.04.12 to 31.03.13)
2. House is under construction yet. (expected to complete at the end of Mar’13)

4. I have borrowed a Housing loan from Bank of Maharashtra-Khanapur as a co-applicant & paying EMI of Rs.8500/- Pm from Jan’13 onwards

I completed my 7 months articles in an audit firm under pressure..they are under taking outsourcing business and sending Ca Students to irrelevant works without their wish..if we ask for transfer they are blackmailing that they had all powers to not getting register in any other firm.
But I cant work under that firm ..they are telling that they would never sign for transfer.Even iam ready to leave my career but i dont want to continue in that firm..

sir,we dont have any rights against that kind of firms..if any please suggest ..

I had left CA final some years back and am working now.I plan to give my first group in Nov 2013.I want to know how is PAduka books for Advanced accounts,Strategic management and advance auditing.My friend said it is good for exam orientation.i dont get much time to study and cant join classes.Please advise whether the above books are good for self study and exams.
